Enhance Your Fertility Naturally with Acupuncture

Preparing your body for pregnancy is one of the most important steps you can take on your journey to motherhood.

At Rachel Fitzpatrick Acupuncture, I offer acupuncture and Chinese medicine wisdom designed to nurture your reproductive health, balance hormones, and support natural conception or assisted reproductive technology such as IVF & IUI.

How Acupuncture Can Support Preconception & Fertility

If you struggle with an irregular cycle or other symptoms of a hormonal imbalance, and you’re trying for a baby, then you may be considering preconception and fertility acupuncture. Many fertility specialists these days also refer to acupuncture to help improve IVF & IUI treatment outcomes.

Preconception and Fertility Acupuncture has been traditionally used to:

  • Regulate menstrual cycles and optimise ovulation

  • Reduce stress and support emotional well-being

  • Enhance blood flow to reproductive organs

  • Improve overall balance and vitality

What to Expect at Your Fertility Acupuncture Appointment

Your initial session will involve a thorough consultation to understand your health history, cycle patterns, and fertility goals.

Using gentle, single-use needles, we target specific acupuncture points to support your body’s natural fertility process.

If you’ve never had acupuncture before and have questions, please check out my FAQ’s at the bottom of the page.

How Many Fertility Acupuncture Sessions Should I Have?

Studies suggest that acupuncture once or twice weekly is most effective, though here at Rachel Fitzpatrick Acupuncture, I also aim to be flexible with what works for you and your schedule.

We will cover all of this in your initial session and come up with the best plan moving forward for your individual goals.

I like to see you for at least 3 months prior to starting your fertility journey so that I can get to know you, your body, your cycle and observe any changes with your symptoms and overall health.
