Feeling stressed and anxious? You are not alone! Feeling wired, but tired? Acupuncture might be the solution you have been searching for.

Acupuncture has been traditionally used to alleviate stress by:

How Many Acupuncture Sessions Should I Have to help alleviate my stress & anxiety?

Studies suggest that acupuncture once or twice weekly is most effective, though here at Rachel Fitzpatrick Acupuncture, I also aim to be flexible with what works for you and your schedule.

We will cover all of this in your initial session and come up with the best plan moving forward for your individual goals.

As your stress and anxiety improves we can begin to space treatments further apart. My aim is to get you to a point where you are feeling well and not needing to return as frequently.
