Enhance Your Natural Hormone Balance with Acupuncture

Hormonal imbalances can impact your energy, mood, and overall health at any stage of life. Acupuncture provides a natural, holistic approach to restoring balance and supporting well-being.

How Acupuncture Can Support Women with Hormone Balance & Gynaecological disorders

If you have been diagnosed with a gynaecological disorder such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, peri-menopause or PMDD or suspect that you have a hormone imbalance, you may be interested in trying acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

Women’s Health Acupuncture has been traditionally used to:

  • Help regulate menstrual cycles and ease PMS symptoms

  • Support peri-menopause and menopause transitions

  • Reduce stress-related hormonal imbalances

  • Promote overall well-being and vitality

What to Expect at Your Women’s Health Acupuncture Appointment

Your session is customised based on your symptoms, health history, and wellness goals. Acupuncture points are carefully selected to support hormonal balance and restore equilibrium.

I have a special interest in women’s health and hormone balance. Having been diagnosed with various hormone imbalances myself, I am empathetic and understanding of your unique hormone journey, providing expert care in a safe and judgement free environment.

Whether you're experiencing cycle irregularities, menopause symptoms, or hormonal shifts, I offer compassionate support to help you feel your best.

How Many Acupuncture Sessions Should I Have to help balance my hormones?

Studies suggest that acupuncture once or twice weekly is most effective, though here at Rachel Fitzpatrick Acupuncture, I also aim to be flexible with what works for you and your schedule.

We will cover all of this in your initial session and come up with the best plan moving forward for your individual goals. Treatment plans will vary from person to person.

When working with hormone imbalances or gynaecological disorders, I like to see you for at least 3 months so that I can get to know you, your body, your cycle and observe any changes with your symptoms and overall health in the time that we are working together.
